Below are a few before and after pictures of gloves I have sold and gloves I have worked on for customers. While the leather on these gloves has been in good shape to begin with. Notice how a good cleaning and conditioning really brings back the life in the leather. Also notice how much structure new laces bring back into the glove.
Akadema ARR38. The glove leather was in good shape, it needed some conditioner since the leather was dry and new laces to give it back some structure. The new owner ended up being extremely happy with this glove.
